- I will submit your listing, complete with a description
of your home's features to the multiple Listing Service.
- You will be given a copy of the MLS ad for your
approval.
- Your house will be advertised 24 hours each day,
seven days a week on the Internet to buyers anywhere in the world.
- Your house will also be advertised in our revolutionary
Response Marketing System. Interested buyers can call a toll-free number,
any time day or night, and receive information about your listing. The
system can even fax the property brochure to them. The system notifies me of the buyer's interest in your house so
I can follow
up with them immediately. This ensures that not a single interested
buyer slips through in the night.
My professional marketing specialist
will create a brochure highlighting your house's best features. In addition,
the following will be done to market your listing:
- I have many Buyer's Partners
that will be showing your home to their interested buyers. My
Instant Notification Program alerts them immediately if your home matches
one of their buyers.
In addition to all this, Janet Montano adds even
more special marketing touches:
- Promotional information about your property will
be sent out via our successful direct mail program. The systematic direct
mail program is diligently followed by telemarketing to find potential
buyers looking for a home in that area.
- Your personal Client Care Manager will follow
up with other agents that show your house to get the feedback from their
buyers about the showing quality of the house. This information is sent
to you regularly so you know how to improve the show quality of the
house. In addition, I will suggest low cost ways you
can improve the showing quality and increase the value of the house.

to cover this aspect of the work with inspection companies to be sure

- I will verify a buyer's pre-qualification
before presenting their offer.
- I will only present you with
good contracts that protect your interests. I will negotiate the
best possible price and terms for you. I will protect
your valuable equity and ensure that you receive top dollar for your
investment in your home.
- I will assist you with interim
financing if necessary.
- A personal assistant will be assigned to you
to keep you informed of all mortgage, title, and other closing procedures
after the contract has been accepted. I will update you regularly,
and provide a closing assistant to follow up on all contingency
dates, etc.
